Who We Are
We are an AKC recognized companion dog club that shares a passion for dog sports and dog activities. Members of the Black Hills Dog Training Club come from Rapid City, the Black Hills, and even Wyoming!
What We Do
We host dog sport events each year, support local charities such as shelters and food pantries, provide community education and promote a healthy relationship between dogs and their owners.
Accomplishments
In 2024, The Black Hills Dog Training Club held 4 AKC sanctioned events, hosted a community “Responsible Dog Ownership Day” event, and collected donations for The Humane Society of the Black Hills, Meals on Wheels, and others.
Our members earned an amazing 198 titles on 40 different dogs!
